The Shred: Before and After

So, while I was not as thrilled with the weight loss results I was expecting with The Shred, I'm INCREDIBLY happy with how my body looks now. I am really starting to feel like I look more like I did before I got pregnant. I'm starting to get definition back in my arms, abs, and legs. I wish my butt were a little tighter though. But, there's also improvement there.
